That's unclear, and it's the reason I'm still not sure whether I like the deal.

I think this is a no brainer deal (although terms could always have been better). IMO, RVNC can now reap the benefits of the expanded market that could explode when there's a cheaper generic/biosimilar of BOTOX. For those who want best in class they'll pay up for RT002 but RVNC will now also enjoy the benefits of the second class biosimilar.

What would you have liked RVNC to have done? Nothing or create its own BOTOX biosimilar without a partner?
