I can address that .... we are in a deep pit of mud with a guy who has a chain looking at us from the edge of the mud pit.

He thinks he knows how to extricate us from that pit but has never had to deal with this particular chore before regardless of his passed successes in other areas. He has been looking around for somebody to advise/help him but all their prior efforts have failed. In short he is still scratching his head trying to figure it all out.

We're going to sink down another inch or two this month with a non-event kinda mandated report but we'll still be breathing all the same. At least we will get a handle on how much of that $64M is still on hand but for the foreseeable future we are still in that darn mud pit.
