On all the films HiFex/BSEG work with China on, we get an MG upfront, sometimes a split, sometimes both MG and a split and sometimes a merchandise split as well. The deals are legally confidential with the distributor and production companies.

As to Shareholder meeting, the company is still completing the WW2 project we were hired on as service facilitators (listed in 15c211 last several quarters). When the WW2 film is completed, we will have the meeting.
