Re-launched a position in SDLP a couple of weeks ago. Just 1,000 units at $3.47 for starters but if the position survives an incubation period of no more than three months, I won't have any problem with adding.
From what I'm reading, the 10 cent distribution is back on track for paying later this month of March. More important is that creditors have agreed to terms favorable to all concerned but most important to unitholders, of course, is adding sustainability to the company's future prospects.
So for now we wait and watch and hope for the best in all respects.
