They allowed this to gap up and sold 10M+ shares at or above .023 only to immediately drop it down 30-40 ticks on no volume.
Seen this many times in ANDI world.
I'm sure cjstockisup will tell me there is no such thing as shorting a penny stock, but sure seems like they like to make some loot every morning by shorting and immediately dropping to cover...
