On February 1, 2018, the Lazarus Parties and GEL entered into a fourth amendment to the Letter Agreement (the “Fourth Amendment”), which extended the Continuance Period through February 28, 2018, in order to facilitate ongoing discussions.

It is now March 1st and no word on what's happening. I certainly hope this doesn't mean there's been a [bk] filing.
