Ouch my friend. I would ONLY sell AFTER an accelerated run up. You can also set your chart on candles and look for an inverted hammer. I prefer to use the 2 min, but tothe could tell you the best to use as he knows more about that than I do. And then buy back in lower and don't be greedy. Try for singles - not home runs.
