Keithz, you pretty much nailed it. Everyone of your points is right on. I just hope you are correct about your timing. We need to get this DEBACLE sold in 2018 or we are in for much more misery. BTW, the BOD members probably aren't in favor of that happening because then the GRAVY TRAIN would be over for their worthless arses. We need some institutions with a lot of skin in the game to get it done. Anything between $15-20 and 99.9% of us will be in the green with a decent profit and we can walk away from this nightmare forever.
