May be complete wishful thinking but the signs lead me to believe a Sale is coming in next few months

Based on the way this has been managed to date...with what factual info we have take $1B - $2B now.....

1). No deals
2). Interim CEO for 9 months
3). Push back on NEO
4). Push back on AXAL submission
5). No partner yet for AXAL
6). Retention Bonuses
7). No additions to the board for 2 leaving members
8). Crazy dilution at $2 for <$20M for a handful of months of opex
9). No CMO hired
10).Stopping a couple trials
11).Radio Silence except for PROXY which rocked the world
12).Amgen $500M in milestones - easy pickings for them to pony up $1B-$2B
13).Minimal promotion of the company
14).Had to allow a major short to cover...which... one conspiracy theory could be they (maybe Adage) assisted the buyer minimize their purchase price on the SP erosion....even though I agree it currently doesn't make sense.....

Unless........

1). Science isn't as good as we thought
2). Mgt totally clueless - which I totally doubt even though we aren't all happy
3). Mgt may think we are worth much more today than anyone is willing to give
