After April 30, Vascepa for the active group and mineral oil for the placebo group, will be discontinued...... and any patients, who have not had their final exam previously, will be considered dropouts from the study and not entered into the statistical analyses......After that point,the study will still be blinded, but there will cease to be ethical problems in releasing the findings....in fact, the sooner the findings are released, the quicker it will be for both groups to get on Vascepa and protect their health.
