The DOJ did a terrible job with Grifco. First of all the criminals were only charged with wire fraud. There were other charges that could have been filed.

Some how Jarvis's house and assets were eaten up, I assume with maintenance charges and taxes, because it took them so long to get to the point of actually selling them.

I too assume that what ever Dial's appeal was, it wasn't good for his victims.
