Too bad the Lawyer didn't advise him to follow the SEC rules before he broke them and then overtly attempted a few other shady things continuing till now.

Aren't you the one who reported no "funding" very recently ? And yet somehow he hired the whole crew back and hasn't really hit the AS for more stock except once this whole year.

That means he found a money source, otherwise the OS would be at 3.2 billion or more right now.
