I got the same message.

I was traveling and out of the office until Wednesday. Dr Chris called me yesterday to inform about this absolutely ridiculous announcement by that nut case! I just read it now and I have never seen anything so utterly absurd and blatanly false! This guy is totally nuts. Dr Chris is waiting for a call back from the attorneys for guidance in handling this but make no mistake it will be handled and I assume we will seek some type of criminal charges agasint him if applicable. The lawsuit is a matter of public record and it was DISMISSED!!!!!!!!!!! We will have a PR out about his very soon reiterating the truth which is what we have already stated in a previous PR. I am not using hyperbole when I say he is nuts! A normal and sane person does not do this. IT IS A COMPLETE LIE and in my opinion probably meant to hurt the company and its shareholders.
