It is clear the MMs will continue to jerk ANDI's share price around until we get contract/partnership news with a major carrier/known entity. We all need to just come to grips with that reality.

That said, contract/partnership news could come at any moment and will send ANDI/UTOP on a parabolic trajectory that the "OTC has never seen."
