As far as I am concerned, the 1.4M shares or how many shares in the disputed escrow are for ... dispute. I have written that off and don't count on it, because it is only WMIH shares. The number of escrow markers will never change from now on and it is based on the releases back in 2012. If you have released then that's what you get, if you didn't then that's it, no more escrow markers for you. Now what really matters to us is what are inside the so-called Estate. It is a waste of time to discuss what P. K, U once were except for historical purpose only. It is now one big pot that will be divided up 75/25 until the end.
