I don't really see the 'dumping like crazy' thing going on.
I see a slow, steady downward trend on very low volume the last week plus. Exactly what always happens after a huge move up when the buying pressure dies off and everyone is waiting for updates.
Unfortunately, this didn't run as high as it could've and now shareholders are in a holding pattern until updates. However, IF we do get the updates we expect, it won't take much to push this right back towards 52 week highs.
