With all due respect, you are totally incorrect.

Why should Joe Lunchbox ACRL retail shareholder watch the promoters get off their stock in desperately short rallies at high prices, then cover lower while Joe Lunchbox, retail investor, gets no reward.

I am all for Joe Lunchbox.

Its not hard to play the game for them the way I've described it.
