yes, TD Ameritrade has streaming quotes, but I believe you have to do it through TD Ameritrade's stand-alone program ThinkOrSwim. Lots of bells and whistles. I actually use if for screening stocks.

but one wrong click of a button and FOOM. hard to figure out what I clicked with 8 million links and windows to click on. Keep cats away from the keyboard or mouse lol.
