These are just the guidelines I use
Periodic form 4's ( insider selling ) is usual in biotech companies and is considered part of employee's income .
As long as the CEO , CFO , CMO and General Counsel are only selling small portions ( say 10% ) of their holdings ...it doesn't bother me
In the case of IMGN ...from a quick look . They have some major readouts coming up so its not surprising that some in the Co may want to lower their exposure in case things don't turn out as hoped for.

Any major selling by the CFO and CMO would concern me ...so I would chk to see how much stock these two are holding going into the ( from memory ) DMC futility analysis coming up soon.
