I believe it's simply executives taking options, and sometimes selling some of what they're getting to pay for what they're purchasing.

Dr. Lambert almost always sells at least some, if not all the options granted to him that are profitable. It often gets concern, but if you look at his holdings, they're sizable.

Institutional ownership is up, and I believe that the upside potential hasn't been greater with lots of data expected later in the year from several different drug trials.
