Solomon and others around him have stated he will eventually delegate to a CEO he will choose/guide, eventually moving out of the way. I don't think anyone knows a timeline though. I would assume once financing is in place they will look for Dan's replacement as well. As far as I know Tony is potentially still being considered for CEO position of CA. Tony basically has the vision of eventually running CA from abroad once major contracts are in place, since CA entails deal making and tech transfer.

Why haven't they been selling the secret sauce to other countries, what's stopping them.

They want to have the MegaFarm facilities up and running so people can see it operating and can "kick the tires". Having this to show potential partners will make it very easy to close new deals and make the deals no problem to acquire. Several countries mentioned previously are still interested.

I think most people care about the share price and even with current management, as unhappy with them as you might be, in my opinion, are still very capable of sending the stock price flying (of course we can argue about better management being able to send it further or sooner). They know what to do, one just has to read the "prematurely released" memo about the AGM. It includes buying back stock, cash dividends, and putting a cap on the share count to end any form of dilution including "non-pure" dilution like the collateral share financing. These simple steps plus giving shareholders the Tri-way dividend will send us flying in the right direction. But everyone knows it all starts with Tri-way financing first. So everyone's just waiting on the sidelines until the large loan is announced.

One thing I have been a proponent on recently that I think would help the share price until such catalysts take place is having management/IR communicate better towards shareholders. They recently took the policy of only releasing news when it is 100% closed etc, which I agree with but think they can still keep shareholders updated without setting unreasonable timeline expectations.
