and we can agree that trust is zero and we can certainly place the blame on the two clowns running this company who have made incredibly stupid decisions over the years that have devalued this company. Jyyoo, I ask you do you want these two as your management going forward? Not me, I have seen far better.
I also agree this is an exceptional opportunity. I also believe they will eventually get the loan. I only pray that one of the covenants is that Solomon and Dan have to go. Hell Dan is a rookie and part time CFO, he has other interests and is horrible. Solomon is an entrepreneur and I have always given him credit for the idea but as a CEO he ranks at the bottom, I think he might even know that now but won't admit it. This company could really take off with the right team. A proven managment that has grown companies. Solly can be a consultant. Dan can go whereever as far as I am concerned. Tony remains as the chief scientist. Why haven't they been selling the secret sauce to other countries, what's stopping them. I'll tell you a lack of vision and willingness and all this crap about waiting for the Triway loan is just cover. Delays, delays, delays... this team needs to go because they will just screw it up time after time. I want that more than any dividend or buyback. Give me a voice a chance to vote and bye bye.
