Thank you for the dates of the last 10-K filings. Is Greenshift also required to file 10-Qs, or is that only a requirement of companies who are listed differently?

FWIW, I intend to keep all of you updated on the correspondence I get from the SEC and my replies. Personal information will be omitted from the posts I make here.

One more time, just in case any of you are questioning my motives. I am convinced that Greenshift's price will rise dramatically when the SEC filings resume.

That may be the only way that we will ever have enough detail to interest a broader audience that is required to get the PPS moving (exploding?) north.

FWIW, the complaint that I filed yesterday with the SEC may also "interest a broader audience". I spoke on Friday with someone at Ameritrade about this company. My old Scottrade account will become an Ameritrade account tomorrow, and I wanted to get some questions answered. While I was in his office, I told him about Greenshift, and he clearly understood that the price will shoot up if Greenshift's patents become valid again.

I told the broker about the six reverse splits, but there wasn't enough time to mention the lack of SEC filings. However, if he's a competent broker, he would see those omissions himself as part of his Due Dilligence before he invested any of his own money and before he told anyone else to invest their own money.
