I fear that there will be a lot fo that going around here, boredom that is, until we get some resolution.

We should start a poll like the Skunk. GERS' 10K is due by the end of next month, how many think that it will be filed? For background here are the last six 10K filing dates:
2017 -- not filed
April 22, 2016
April 7, 2015
March 3,2014
April 1, 2013
March 30, 2012

I have provided the last six 10K filing dates for another reason as well. GERS/KK was deeply involved in the litigation during this time period -- yet KK always filed (except for last year). This diminishes the likelihood that KK is not filing now because of the litigation or upon advise of counsel and is another reason why I hope that the appeal is fully executed. That may be the only way that we will ever have enough detail to interest a broader audience that is required to get the PPS moving (exploding?) north.
