nerd86, hasn't the GTE game plan been jt ventures: you supply the cash and we'll supply the tech/oper? We're given glowing results of hotzone pilots....but no contract ever follows for this superior technology--that's what I meant by cust/partners.

No, I've never been involved in the mgmt of a public start-up. My experience has only been w/ pri co well-funded.

If you mean vendor help re: issuance of shs to pay the bills, I can't imagine that goes too far for too long..
