Is it safe to assume that BIG(BIG) $$ is well aware, but just waiting and watching on the sidelines for the eventual big news (clearances, big box, sales numbers, etc) to hit? Can't blame them with current environment, PPS and SS. Any insight what its going to take to get the Whales triggered and begin to surface? Just curious.
