Thanks that makes a lot of sense. And I appreciate your insight in the trucking industry. My guesss is that they (CWIR ) would help facilitate the re structuring for the original owner who I believe I heard was good friends with the guys at CWIR. I'm not sure they were "buying" it per se but to perhaps get them out of chapter 11 and restructure.

It has been difficult to get the exact details and I'm certain since Harry said that was put on the back burner a few months back that they must have identified other prospects to put under their umbrella.
