Sunset seems to use 8-Ks whenever they like for whatever they like. I should have said that I don't think there is a REQUIREMENT to report any conversions right away in an 8-K, but there's nothing stopping them from doing so if they felt like it. I have no idea WHY they might do that, but they could.
