Ya know, he told me over 2 years ago that he expected to sell the company within a year, so there's something else to take with a grain of salt.

The only way what you're saying could be true - that he would , in effect, turn down higher offers from other companies that they're not currently doing business with - is if the deal is already in the bag. Waiting on litigation results, as I claim.

Personally, and I'd be glad to be wrong, I think there are no deals, otherwise, all I've seen are inferences and connecting dots and deep under the radar shit. Have you ever heard of any other company where absolutely nothing can be said about any deal, ever? For years?

This is strictly a patent play. And we'll make good money, but not retire on our yachts money.
