Agreed about the stock swap idea.
TNGL has been a puzzle to me in that they don't seem to have much money. But their website has this statement on the corporate Profile page; "Our management team and Board of Directors have public company experience, have executive and corporate experience in building and transforming junior resource companies, and have significant capital backing available."

They have a passel of preferred stock authorized and not issued and I am wondering if that is how they will get the cash.
