TNGL first has to exercise their option on the Lucerne and they will need to come up with $2 million by April 5th to do this. The chances of this happening are decreasing day by day, only 40 days remaining, tic toc.

They were also unable to raise the $10 million for the iron ore project 5 years back and in the end did an all share deal. There is no way they can pull that stunt again, as I am sure LODE will not agree to swap worthless TNGL shares for the Lucerne.
