is pleased to announce that the Company will be launching an online marketplace for Hemp and Cannabidiol (CBD) products.

In addition to Wanderport's online ecommerce store, the Company will offer a marketplace for vendors to list and sell a wide range of products related to hemp and CBD. Wanderport will derive its revenue from transaction fees as a percentage of sales. Additional revenues can also be obtained from advertisement.

The development of the Company's next generation online store is in its final phases. The store will allow customers to purchase a variety of the Company's own products as well as others' hemp and Cannabidiol (CBD) products in the area of food and beverages, dietary supplement and personal care.

The implementation and testing of the modules that accept crypto currencies and customer reward has taken longer than planned. The Company may opt to roll out the online store in phases with the platform completely available in the later part of Q1.

I honestly think these 3 will be working together. WDR* seems to be the one that pushes PR for both SIP* and UAMM. Let's get real, not every company will survive when full legalization takes place. Its eat or be eaten that's just how the game works. Amazon eats, Google eats, FB eats they are all trying to take in smaller companies. I truly believe UAMM SIP* and WDR* will either merge into a bigger company in order to look more appetizing to these bigger Behemoths ORRR they will just work with each other and let themselves be taken in individually. SIP* can be eaten by a LARGE Alcohol company like Anheuser-Busch UAMM ca be taken in by an add company like FB or Amazon or Google and WDR* could be taken in by coffee company like Starbucks. W/e happens we bout to make some crazy amount of money!
