Love love love it when im wrong. It was a private offering to pay off more debt which is incredible as they are even futher reducing debt to keep their main focus on the backlog which will keep the company cash flow crazy this year. this is coiling up for a major run in my honest opinion. It was shorted pretty good and soon this could squeeze fast as good news starts coming in. I think its easily a 3-5 dollar stock.
