Yes, those are the 4 notes presently hanging over us. Unfortunately for those trying to do proper DD there are discrepancies between the language in the Ks and Qs and the actual notes themselves. The notes (and I have linked these before) describe the conversion prices as either the discount to the lowest traded price for 15 days before issuance or date of conversion.

So it takes a little bit of work to figure out what exactly the conversion prices are. Then we must consider that the holders still want a decent rate of return. We also don't know for a fact they have converted yet. An update from the TA on the most current OS count would be helpful.

Yes, at these volumes and price level it will take quite some time to liquidate a million shares.

Then in 6 months we can start worrying about the Canadiens!!

ps: At least we're not PISSO... we got hopes of revenues and real labs. I hope the debacle over there doesn't have investors shying away from the sector going forward.
