So the notes mature on 7/14 and 8/14, however, conversion can be done after 180 days. Those are the big notes... About a million bucks on the books. I think the march notes were cashed out (according to the last Q)

Those March notes converted after FY2017 but before the Q1 10Q came out... so maybe those have already been sold.

At current volume it's going to take a while to cash out those 1M shares. They can probably leak an avg of 20k a day without tanking the price so it might be about 2 months before they are all cashed in.

I loaded some yesterday @1.3 but maybe in hind sight I should have waited. There might be some cheaper shares than where we are at now.

IMHO if we continue to stay above $1 before summer hits we're in good shape. I believe with the C3 acquisition they are in good shape for CA but I do wonder about cosa mesa... Hopefully they get licensed and certified in time. There is no reason IMHO they can't pre-stage equipment over at C3 ahead of obtaining licensing in Cosa Mesa.
