Simply put, the Company has a terrible capital structure, no money, no revenue and no proven product. Also, management has no credibility. So dilution is always an issue until they either get the product producing revenue or get another source of financing. Maybe Hassett should use something other than his Six Sigma background to do that because it sure hasn't done anything over the last few years. Maybe attract new people to the Company since the current Board Members and management can't even address to shareholders why they missed the initial truck deadline. Please stop with the press releases and paid articles until the truck is in use or production. Being a great saleperson doesn't get you anywhere unless you have something to sell. So if you have something to sell, then get it on the road and prove to the world it works. Nothing will change unless that happens.
