He’s saying that increased sales has not helped the share price. Maybe there are other forces at work that depressing the SP more than increased sales are making it rise. It would seem evident with a review of the chart over past twelve months. In fact just look at chart since Dec 20th when he announced $3.3M, audits, uplisting, etc. clearly his actions haven’t produced results yet.
