Either ICLD is lying about divesting itself of its troublesome subsidiaries or MVTG (now SGSI) is lying about how much revenue and profit these same subsidiaries make!
Crazy thing is ... both companies and both principals came from the same bastard child!

And remember ... for some crazy reason ICLD held onto 19.5% ownership of AWS and I will bet a steak dinner they maintain a 19.5% ownership of ADEX as well!!
