I find the argument that removing the “Regulator” from the equation in the OTC is best for penny investors to be a bizarre one. If anything they should be much more active. Allowing delinquent filers to go years without filing before suspending is ridiculous.

Frankly the fact ANY non-reporting stock is allowed to trade in the public markets is ridiculous.

Yet the US is one of the only countries in the world that allow it.

But that is another debate for another time...

PDXP is toast.

But plenty of other scams out there still trading for those that want their Wild West fix.
