The two officers, CEO T.J. Magallanes and CFO Valerie Baugher, both execs worked formerly at Von Baron Farms, though it isn’t mentioned in the SEC filing that Von Baron Farms was part of publicly-traded 1PM Industries (OTC: OPMZ).
