If you think the CEO tweeting something makes it any less REAL, you are seriously mistaken.

SEC sees Twitter as a public resource to speak to shareholders.

What's said on twitter is just as legal, and many times without the OTC disclaimers and templates CEOS hide behind.

You get OTC type disclaimers in ALL wire news - making twitter even more real.
