How bout the fallacy of OTC markets arbitrarily applying crossbones (a warning) to companies that are current and compliant because they believe there's promotional activity. Or because somebody just doesn't like the attorney they chose to prepare their filings?
I've see several scenarios that would warrant a class action lawsuit against OTC markets for applying bones where there was no SEC or Finra intervention to justify it. Just certain parties that don't like other certain parties with influence over OTC markets.
Two way street. That's securities manipulation in and of itself by OTC markets.
