I personally think selling into low volume is dumb with no news.
I hesitate to say it as "dumb" because you never know what someone is going through to cause them to sell at the bottom, into low volume with no news.... but it sure ain't a good way to make money.
While management has disappointed with updates and visible activity, you have a stock that actually has a product. Not working on one at end of month. But actually has a product were investors can sign up as customer or users, explore, see users interfacing with it daily with umpteen posts, see premium sponsors lining up (even if pace has been slower than liked) and in the premiere growth market in this country (beside big data and prison systems).
Why would one sell into low volume at the bottom?
Be careful ALL of who you listen to on these boards. Most people I have met in my life who threaten to sell have already sold... Just a tip I learned a long time ago the hard way. They are merely waiting on you to give you their shares at a lower price to hopefully buy back in... just food for thought.
Be careful.
And remember, the company is reporting, you see their activity so there are no mind games. In addition, as I reported personally, they scoffed at the idea of ever selling their shares this low when I brought up insider selling to them... scoffed at it.
Be smart.
