The way I read it, the company needs operating and R&D funds and the Doc is selling some of his shares for pocket change. The mysterious part of it, the shares being offered are not going through the transfer agent. This leads me to believe we have someone with deep pockets contacted them with an offer they can't refuse. (Wink, Wink).

I just have this feeling something big is going to be brought to light soon. They don't usually fund this way, they usually just increase the float. This maybe just wishful thinking on my part, but I seen this type of offering in the past with other stocks and it is followed up after a day or two with news of a merge or a buyout. With the patent infringement lawsuit has been dismissed it does remove a major hurdle to this kind of action.

A guy can dream big, right?
