Every time you hear about investors in Oncolix, shareholders get hurt with another round of share selling for cash, to entities without a business address?
Examples....
Puritan Partners LLC address out of a house in RYE NY?
Health Sciences Center LLC
33 East McBee Avenue, Suite 400, Greenville, South Carolina 29601 Is not the address they filed with the state with?
There seems to be a notion that an investor is a person who trust a promising stock and Invests into it with hard earned money
But it appears with Oncolix, Investors are given shares for cash at a huge discount from what actual shareholders can buy them for?
Then, when allowed they can take those discounted shares and sell them in massive amounts?
But that very affect is blatent dilution, something that shareholders never want to see but always lose out when they do
Shame!
IMO
Everything I post, is In my own opinion, I don't care what you think about it, if you disagree, post it like I do. If you buy or sell stock based on what I say, your a lunatic and should not be trading. Have a great day!
