AZ, WMB CIC or the bond holders have to be paid first before we can get our money and before the M&A with NSM can be done, right? (Assuming that the M&A has to do with the assets that we will get back) Because the bond holders are higher than us.

Also done in a hurry is to pay off PIERS and the remaining employee claims.
