Yep....the share count is gonna get doubled this year. 1 billion o/s here we come......the good doc can't sell the shares fast enough on the open market, so he is doing an offering to sell a big chunk all at once...imho. and again no reason why either...........so predictable. The dilution machine is heating up. The only thing "breaking out" this year with this company is the o/s count.....what a joke
