I have been digging around on Pace Monitor and from what I can gather the sell of RCPI IP DID NOT take place on January 12, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. The full description of docket 75 in the court case clearly states that the hearing that was set for January 12, 2018 at 9:30 a.m was cancelled at the direction of the court. Someone please correct me if I have misinterpreted the information that I have stated hear.
