I'm thinking .006-.008....

Then the escrow I figured .0023 per shr, that being if there's no problems.

Speaking for myself, the scenario I just laid out suits me just fine, tax wise it will benefit most people.

It will be interesting to see what happens when the details are released, which should be soon
