That said if I were you I would change your expectation of the 10K telling the story of how many subscribers they had. NotifiCRM ads only went to the public mid December 2017 if I recall correctly and they were only charging 1$ per subscriber so you won’t see much revenue to indicate how many subscribers their really is.

May 15 2018, the 10Q for Q1 will surely tell a different story but by then Rory will have surely put out a PR to advise how many subscribers they have YTD

I agree, 10K will not give much information or subscribers. But he set a Q1 goal of 20k subscribers. If they wait until May to release subscriber numbers, after setting that goal for March, I feel that will start creating a downward pressure on share price. Unless of course there is an Oracle PR, Saleforce PR, or something of that nature before then to overcome that doubt. All in my opinion.
